How your activity is classified #
Activities are categorized to measure productivity and utilization:
- Productive: Apps and websites marked as work-related (e.g., Figma, Slack, coding tools). This time contributes directly to utilization calculations.
- Neutral: Context-dependent “gray area” apps or websites (e.g., YouTube). Depending on workspace configuration, this time may be counted as productive.
- Unproductive: Apps or websites not related to work tasks (e.g., social media, gaming). This time is excluded from productive utilization metrics.
- Undefined: Activities without an explicit rule assigned yet. The system tracks this data, but it does not currently contribute to productivity scores.

Perguntas frequentes #
Are my keystrokes or private messages recorded?
No. The desktop agent only measures the physical volume of your keyboard typing and mouse movements to ensure you are active. It absolutely does not capture any keystrokes, typed text, or private messages.
What happens to sensitive information on my screen?
To safeguard passwords and protect employee privacy, the system uses a feature called Soft Blur Protection. When screenshots are automatically captured, a blur layer is applied to them by default. This hides sensitive personal text while still letting your manager see the general layout of the app you were using.
Does the app track me when I step away from my desk?
If your computer is on but you stop typing or moving your mouse for a certain period, the system will mark you as “Idle”. However, if you are passively attending a voice or video meeting (like Zoom or Microsoft Teams), the system detects your microphone or camera usage and keeps your status as “Active”.
How long is my screenshot data kept?
To save server space and protect your privacy, all screenshots are kept on the server for exactly 60 days. After this retention limit is reached, they are permanently deleted from the system.
