Clock in and out via kiosk

The kiosk is launched on a shared device so users can clock in and track their activities. Only assigned users can clock in the kiosk.

Registro de entrada / registro de saída #

There are two ways to clock in the kiosk depending on the authentication method enabled by your Organization owner/Workspace admin in the workspace.

Registre sua entrada por meio do código QR. #

Para fazer login no quiosque usando o código QR: 

  1. Abra seu aplicativo de quiosque
  2. Selecione Ler código QR
  3. Escaneie seu código QR pessoal (enviado por e-mail)

Após escanear o código, você poderá registrar sua entrada no totem de autoatendimento.

Dica

Caso o QR Code falhe, você pode usar seu PIN de 6 dígitos como alternativa.

Registre sua entrada usando um PIN (de 4 ou 6 dígitos) #

Para iniciar sessão no quiosque através do código PIN:

  1. Gerar um quiosque
  2. Escolha seu perfil
  3. Digite seu PIN pessoal
  4. Click Clock in
Informação

If you can’t remember your PIN, click the Esqueceu seu PIN? link and confirm the action. This will notify the owner/admin to reset the member PIN.

People who are clocked-in will have a green dot next to them on the kiosk list.
To see who’s currently clocked-in in the web app, go to the team Dashboard.

To end the shift, follow the same steps and click Sair.

Observação

Keep in mind that if you don’t clock out, your timer will continue running even after the Kiosk locks automatically. If this happens, contact your admin to stop your timer.

Track activities #

Once logged in the kiosk, you can now start tracking your tasks and activities.

Escolher projeto/tarefa #

Para escolher um projeto ou tarefa:

  1. Navegue até o quiosque lançado 
  2. Toque no botão Escolher projeto
  3. Você receberá uma lista de todos os projetos/tarefas
  4. Toque para entrar em um projeto ou expanda e escolha uma tarefa específica

Any modifications made to projects or tasks on the kiosk will also be reflected on the web app.

Trocar de projeto/tarefa #

If enabled in the workspace, you can switch from the default project to a different project or task while clocked in the kiosk.

Para trocar de projeto/tarefa:

  1. Abra a lista de projetos
  2. Selecione um novo projeto/tarefa
  3. Toque em Interruptor

Switching to a different project or task will stop the current time entry and start a new one.
Se a opção Intervalos feature is enabled in your workspace, you can start a break when you sign into the kiosk.

All the changes made here in the kiosk are synced to your main Clockify workspace.
