Migrate from Harvest, Toggl, or Clickup to Clockify

You can transfer your projects, clients, tasks, and time entries from other time-tracking apps such as Harvest, Toggl, or ClickUp to your Clockify workspace.

Step 1: Export your data from the other app #

To transfer your data into Clockify, you need to export it from your other time-tracking app and download it as a CSV file.

If your time-tracking application is not listed above, you will need to check its support or help documentation for instructions on exporting your data, typically in CSV format, before proceeding to Step 2.

Step 2: Prepare your CSV for import #

• Ensure your CSV has these columns (at minimum):
  • Email
  • Projet
  • Client
  • Description
  • Start Date
  • Start Time
  • Durée

• Clockify uses the MM/DD/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD date format and duration as HH:MM:SS.
• The email addresses in your CSV must match the email addresses of the users you have already invited to your Clockify workspace, otherwise their data will be skipped during the import process.
• If a project in your CSV doesn’t exist in Clockify, the importer will create it automatically during the process.

Step 3: Import your CSV to Clockify #

To import your data into Clockify:

1. Se connecter à Clockify
2. Click on the three dots icon next to your workspace name
3. Click the Import tab
4. Select the CSV file you previously downloaded (you can also drag and drop the file to the box)
5. Choose the date format that is used in your CSV file
6. Cliquez sur Continuer
7. Check the preview and ensure there are no errors
8. Click Import
