Abonnement kündigen

If you’ve decided that canceling is the right choice for now, here are the steps to follow.

Schritte zur Abo-Kündigung #

1. Öffne das Menü neben dem Arbeitsbereichsnamen
   
2. Wähle Abonnement aus dem Dropdown-Menü
3. Gehe zur Registerkarte Abrechnung
4. Finde dein aktuelles Abonnement
5. Klicke auf Abonnement kündigen
   
6. (Optional) Teile mit uns deine Feedback, um uns dabei zu helfen, unsere Produkte zu verbessern
7. Bestätige deine Entscheidung

Wichtige Hinweise: #

Clockify does not offer refunds for canceled subscriptions unless a charge occurred due to a system error.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to the Abrechnung tab on your "Abonnement" page and selecting “Cancel subscription.” After canceling, you will retain full access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. Once that period expires, your workspace will automatically switch to the Kostenloser Plan.

If payment for a past-due subscription is canceled, your subscription will end immediately.

If you’re canceling a Bundle plan, all workspaces in your organization will be downgraded to the Free plan. Learn more about how Bundle subscriptions work in diesem -Artikel.

Nach der Kündigung #

• Nach dem Ende deines aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums wirst du nicht mehr belastet
• Du kannst kostenpflichtige Funktionen bis zum Ende deines aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums weiter benutzen
• Du wirst automatisch nach dem Ende eines kostenpflichtigen Abrechnungszeitraums zum Free-Plan gewechselt
• Alle deine bisherigen Rechnungen stehen dir noch zum Download zur Verfügung
• Alle deine Daten bleiben sicher - In Clockify wird nichts gelöscht, es sei denn, du entfernst deinen Arbeitsbereich oder dein CAKE.com-Konto.
