Directly edit your team members' details yourself, without having to ask or wait for them to update it.

Profile editing is an extra feature, which you can enable by upgrading your workspace to any of the paid plans. You can try out the feature for free by activating the free 7-day trial (no credit card required).

To edit someone's profile:

  1. Go to Team page
  2. Click on three dots next to person
  3. Click "Edit profile"
  4. Make changes (name, email, week start, or capacity)
  5. Save changes

If you change email, the user will have to confirm the new email first, after which it will be changed.

Changes in name, email, and week start are emailed to the user when the changes are saved

Only admins can make changes.

You can't edit profile if:

  • If a user has more than one workspace
  • If a user is inactive
  • If a user hasn't yet accepted your workspace invite
  • If a user has Owner role
