Location Tracking App
Record location while you're working at a worksite and see where your teammates are.
How to record locations
Step 1
Enable GPS tracking
Log into Clockify and enable "Location tracking" in Workspace settings.
Step 2
Install mobile app
Make sure you have "Location services" enabled on your phone and allow Clockify app to access your location.
Step 3
Start timer
The mobile app will automatically record your GPS location every time you:
- Start the timer (via mobile app)
- Stop the timer (via mobile app)
- Move significantly while the timer is running (more than 500m)
Step 4
See locations
Go to web app and then to Activity page to see your and your team's locations.
Step 5
Replay route
Click on a team member to see all their recorded locations that day.
