Set up your workspaces
To integrate the apps, you need to set up workspaces in Clockify and Plaky. Invite users to both apps and assign them to groups.
Create projects and tasks in Clockify
Create specific rates, clients, projects, and tasks in Clockify. Mark them as billable or non-billable.
Connect Clockify to your Plaky board
Click the 3 dots in the top-right corner of your Plaky board, then select Time tracker. Choose your Clockify workspace. Create or select a project from the drop-down menu.
Track time in Plaky
Each Plaky card you create will now have a Clockify icon. Click the icon to import your Clockify project and track your hours in Plaky. Start/stop the built-in Timer or log hours manually.
