First, Jeff shares how the team tracks all their projects with Clockify:
“Every project we run lives in Clockify. Developers log their time against the right project, and our managers use that to see where capacity is going, and at billing time we pull reports straight out of Clockify to show clients an accurate, transparent breakdown of their hours.”
When tracking projects with Clockify, you can also keep tabs on their progress. For instance, if you choose to add a time estimate for a project, you can set an estimate for each task within the project.
Another convenient option is to mark the projects you use most as your favorites. This way, they’ll appear at the top of the project finder in Timesheets.

Besides project-level time tracking, Spainlink’s team uses Clockify Reports as they give their clients “full transparency on where their money goes, which has been a real trust-builder.”

- Detailed reports — see all time entries and their details
- Weekly reports — have a weekly overview of tracked time
